> DESCRIPTION

MOCAD is thrilled to announce its summer exhibition, barely there (part one), opening May 26, 2011. The exhibition deals with the immateriality and contingency of words, concepts and knowledge.  The second in an ongoing series of thematic and open-ended exhibitions, barely there, which follows LifeStories and precedes its Part Two iteration, explores exceptional voices in contemporary art, while also experimenting with a more open-ended and process-based approach to curatorial practice.
