Drawn from the Gallery’s Collection 'Physical Video' explores the artist’s use of the body in video and film as a means to illustrate social, political and aesthetic concerns. Acts of tactile exploration, play and endurance underline many works in the exhibition, often seen through the body’s interaction between natural elements such as wind, water and fire and everyday objects. At times humourous, introspective or confronting, this body-orientated exhibition features work from the early 1970s through to the present day.
