Almost a concept piece itself, Honeyspace somehow exists as an artist-owned exhibition space in the heart of Chelsea.  Barring rain or snow, the gallery is open and quite literally free to the public.  The work is unattended.  Patrons may drift in and out and pick up artist’s business cards if they want to negotiate a sale.  (Of course, there is nothing but good manners to stop them from just picking up the artwork they fancied).  Honeyspace is an unprecedented experiment in the heart of the art world’s commercial capitol.
