Hello frends! I am an artist. My roots take place in St.Petersburg, which has great architecture, culture and history that influenced me once and forever. Today, in the times of technical progress, mass production and new artificial materials I search for inspiration in the foundation of the Arts - old Russian Orthodox icons, Renaissance and folk cultures. We cannot begin any assessment of the work of Frank Stella without the obligatory quote that has followed his career for over fifty years. “What you see is what you see” was Stella’s painterly philosophy distilled down to seven words. If there is a definition of Minimalism that is more succinct, it has yet to replace Stella’s as a key to understanding a certain type of particularly American painting in mid-century art history.

The group also had a performance at Marian Goodman Gallery, and the finale will be at El Museo Del Barrio (on November 19 at 8pm).
At Performa 1... [more]

I've finished reviewing my book of life and am on to a new phase.... I woke in my light body siting next to a magical stream.
It seems to go on forever but is only a few yards across.
This is not a stream in the usual sense. It has no... [more]
