In 2010 I was invited by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture to participate in an International Artist's Symposium in Luxor, Egypt. Twenty-five artists from around the world gathered on the banks of the Nile, our studios looking across the majestic river to The Valley Of The Kings. To coincide with the exhibition on Alexander the Great (356 - 323 BC) in the Hermitage Amsterdam, the Allard Pierson Museum is presenting the exhibition Alexander's Legacy - Greeks in Egypt.
