Louise Hornby

 This painting was commissioned for a Christmas present which had to be a surprise, so it was taken from a digital image sent by email. It apparently took 4 hours to get the dogs to sit together, but I think I captured their individual characters. I believe the recipients were over the moon. 

The subject is painted on canvas using a loose brush stroke to capture the spontaneity of the moment.
