The Talent Award, created and ran by the influential web magazine Photographie.com since 1998, has been one of the most dynamic and effective springboards for emerging photographers in France. This quarterly award, juried by a prestigious panel of professionals, selects coherent portfolios from four different categories: Portraiture, Documentary/Reportage, Space/Landscape, and Fashion. These are often departure points for the launching of their career in professional photography. This exhibition presents a selection of 12 laureates, sketching out an engaging landscape of young French creation in the past decade and beyond.
