Wang Yunxiang was born in Danyang, Jiangsu province in 1948 and his name is” the master of jiuxitang”. Member of Chinese calligrapher's association，distinguished calligrapher of Jiangsu provincial Chinese painting institute and Calligraphy institute of Jiangsu province, Beijing calligraphy school part-time professor, honorary chairman of Lv Fengzi Academic Research Association,　honorary chairman of Danyang calligrapher's association.
Wang specializes in all kinds of typefaces and he is especially good at kai, xing and cao. His xiaokai is delicate, elegant, solemn and quiet; his big character is bold, generous, free and majestic. In recent years, with decades’ efforts, Wang’s calligraphy art is more and more perfected and is highly prized by many celebrated masters.
This exhibition includes more than 80 of his master pieces including zhen, xing, cao, li and zhuan. It is a centralized show and sublimation of his calligraphy creation and art thought of the recent years.
