Chicago State University, located on the south side of Chicago, has toe gallery spaces, The President's Gallery, located in the Cook Administration Building and the University Gallery in the Williams Scince Center.
The President's Gallery is dedicated to showing international, national and local professional artists around four times a year, and at other times the university collection is on display. This gallery is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00.
The University Gallery is a venue for professional artists, but is available for student exhibitions as well. This gallery is free and open by appointment only
Parking is available on for a nominal fee. One of the safest campuses in the state, ample publc transportation makes the campus very accessible.
