DESCRIPTION

Johalla Projects was established in 2009 as a venue for emerging and mid-career artists. Located in Chicago's West Town neighborhood, Johalla Projects is a collective space collaborating with artists, writers, and curators. In addition to presenting exhibitions in its exhibition space, Johalla also functions as a multi-faceted creative agency and production house that works to organize and execute immersive, art-based events and special projects in neighborhoods across the city of Chicago and nationwide.
