Three Birds Gallery: About Us

It is our mission to show work from emerging artists that are primarily local and often overlooked by the mainstream art world. Mixing handmade crafts and vibrant fine art in effort to support local artists is the main goal of Three Birds Gallery.

Created in 2009, Three Birds Gallery is located at 1323 North Milwaukee in Chicago, Illinois. We are the creative expansion of Lenny & Me, a vintage consignment shop, in the heart of the Bucktown/ Wicker Park neighborhoods. Three Birds Gallery's store front is located on Paulina, just look for the robots.

We are dedicated to the amazing talent found in the the Chicago area carrying items including but not limited to screen printed wallets, jewelry, clothing, hair accessories, creative cards, shadow boxes, paintings, and prints.

The creation of Three Birds Gallery stemmed from the owners belief that artists are truly a reflection of humanity and unfortunately highly undervalued in todays society. With an interest in supporting locally made art and becoming involved with the colorful cast of characters that are involved, the gallery was born.

We are constantly recruiting new artists to display their work and shift artists on a rotating basis. Because of this rotation, Three Birds is constantly changing, with new exciting artists displayed each month in a salon style arrangement. On average, every two months we switch out our featured artist and hold a small opening for the upcoming addition. The night is typically accompanied with live music, fantastic treats, and is seen as a way to network with local artists and correspond with neighboring galleries.
