> DESCRIPTION

Daniel Schulman, author and former curator at the Art Institute of Chicago, Raél Salley, assistant professor of Art History at Columbia College, and Kymberly Pinder, associate professor of Art History, Theory, and Criticism at the School of the Art Institute discuss the exhibit From Process to Print: Graphic Works by Romare Bearden.

Throughout all his art, Romare Bearden wove a rich tapestry of literary, biblical, mythological, popular culture, and western and non-western references informed by his African American cultural experiences.
