Aron Gent

Aron Gent is an artist, photography printer and art organizer residing in Chicago, IL. He received a BFA in photography from Columbia College Chicago. Gent is a co-founder of MDW Fair and owner/director of DOCUMENT, a printing/exhibition space located in Chicago’s west loop. Gent’s work is in the collection of the Milwaukee Art Museum and has been exhibited at the Hyde Park Art Center, Houston Center for Photography, Chicago Cultural Center and Devening Projects + Editions. He currently teaches photography at the School of the Art Institute and Columbia College Chicago.


Sherin Najjar

Opened in 2010, Galerie Sherin Najjar represents emerging and established artists active on the international stage, drawn predominantly from a fresh generation of young artists. Our program focuses on interdisciplinary, text and concept-led approaches using a variety of media including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, video, film, performance and photography. Located in close proximity to the Martin-Gropius-Bau and the New National Gallery, we combine alternating solo exhibitions with curated group shows and collaborate closely with museums and other cultural institutions.



Rachel Adams

Rachel Adams joined Arthouse at the Jones Center in June 2010 as the Curator of Public Programs. After the merger of Arthouse with the Austin Museum of Art, Adams was promoted to Associate Curator of Exhibitions and Public Programs. Adams has curated numerous exhibitions of works by international contemporary artists at AMOA-Arthouse. Adams graduated with an MA in Exhibition and Museum Studies from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2010 and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2006. Previously, she curated exhibitions at David Cunningham Projects and Queens Nails Projects in San Francisco. From 2006-2008, she was the director of Lloyd Dobler Gallery in Chicago, which she co-founded with Patricia Courson. She is a graduate of the 2012 NAMAC Leadership Institute, and on the curatorial advisory board for the 2014 deCordova Biennial.
