In 1912, "The States of the Imagining Mind" was publish is Switzerland. There was only one edition of the tome, which dealt with the latest thoughts on how the mind functioned while fantasizing. The first edition of this book consisted of a run of three books, of which two were burned in the organized book burnings that took place in Nurenberg in 1934. The third copy of the book was believed lost until it turned up five years ago. Presented here are the illustrations from this book, made by Colin Blakley, a disgraced photographer and failed artist, of whom little is known.
